Friday, September 13

Family Weekend Check-in, 3-7pm
Circle Park
Check-in for Family Weekend begins on Friday afternoon. You can pick up your Family Weekend registration materials, favors, nametags, and tickets. In order to pick up Family Weekend passes and football tickets (if purchased), you must bring your photo ID or event receipt(s). Please print these receipts after you have finished registering for the event. Please note that there will not be an opportunity to check-in on Saturday, September 14. We encourage you to have your student pick-up your Family Weekend Packet in advance if you are unable to pick it up during this time frame.


Kick-Off Event, 3-7pm
Circle Park
Join us at Circle Park for our kick-off event on Friday! We will have a variety of activities, campus partner representatives, and a silent auction preview!


Scarves By You, 3-7pm
Circle Park
Your family will have the opportunity to create your own custom silk scarf! Scarves By You will be on site to allow you to hand-make a scarf. If you are interested in making a scarf, you will have an opportunity to indicate this interest when registering for the event.

Saturday, September 14

Family Weekend Tailgate, 9am-Noon (included with Family Weekend Pass)
Circle Park
Start your Vols gameday with tailgating and brunch in Circle Park. We’ll have food, fun, and games for you all to enjoy.


Family Weekend Silent Auction, 9-11:30am
Circle Park 
The Family Weekend Silent Auction is a great opportunity for you and your family to support the Parents & Families Fund and win some unique items compiled and donated by Parents Association members and local businesses. Auction item winners will be contacted shortly after the conclusion of the tailgate and will need to pay in full and take possession of their items following the football game on Saturday.


Scarves By You, 9am-Noon
Circle Park
Your family will have the opportunity to create your own custom silk scarf! Scarves By You will be on site to allow you to hand-make a scarf. If you are interested in making a scarf, you will have an opportunity to indicate this interest when registering for the event.


Vol Walk, 9:45am
Torchbearer Plaza, Circle Park
Take part in one of UT’s oldest gameday traditions:  the Vol Walk. At this time, the football team makes a ceremonial walk to Neyland Stadium down Volunteer Boulevard and Peyton Manning Pass.


Vol Football vs. UTC, Noon
Neyland Stadium
Join more than 100,000 Big Orange fans in cheering the Vols on to victory as they take on the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga Mocs inside Neyland Stadium!

Please note that Neyland Stadium has a clear bag policy. All items are subject to search at the gates upon entering the stadium. Fans are allowed to bring the following items into the stadium: cushions/seats without arms, small cameras, pagers, cell phones, and binoculars. Bottles, cans, large cameras, coolers, and stadium chairs with arms are prohibited in Neyland Stadium. All persons, regardless of age, must have a ticket in order to gain admission into Neyland Stadium.


Silent Auction Check-Out, 3-5pm
4th Floor of Student Services Building, Circle Park
Come collect your Family Weekend Silent Auction prize! We will be set up after the game for winners to pick-up their items.
